The designs presented to you within this portfolio, are brought to you by designer, Laurel Protexter. Laurel is a 3D-Design BFA Graduate of the University of Iowa, School of Art and Art History, where she has devoted her time and studies to 3D Design with a minor in Business and a Entrepreneurial Management Certificate. Her innovation and creativity leads her straight to the design world.

Within her time at the University of Iowa, Laurel has managed to achieve a cumulative GPA of 3.8 along with the Dean’s List Award multiple semesters. Laurel was also an Art Ambassador for the University of Iowa along with the VP of Events for the Multicultural Business Students Association.
Along with Laurel's college career, Laurel was selected as an Artist of Residency in her hometown Sioux City, Iowa presented by the Sioux City Art Center. Since college, Laurel has been working as a Project Engineer for Larson and Larson Construction in Des Moines, Iowa, with her main project being the Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames, Iowa. This $130 million dollar capital project has given Laurel real world experience in design and construction.
